A background of dancing hippos add a whimsical feeling to this layout. I cut a heart out of the center of the cardstock and backed it with a gray that matched the hippos in the print. I found a die cut hippo on cricut and cut 3, 1 each in gray, light pink and dark pink, trimming the pink copies to match the print. I made the scalloped skirt with scalloped scissors. The title was chosen due to the journaling on the screenshot. It was spliced using cricut and cut in a tag style. Finally I used strips of silver gemstones to outline the heart.
