The imposing Benedict Portal, one of the most beautiful High Gothic portals in Regensburg, once served as an entrance for the abbots of the monastery. Since the transfer of the monastic building to the house of Thurm und Taxis in the year 1812, the princely family has entered the basilica of St. Emmeram through this portal. After visiting St. Emmeram and being overwhelmed by the phenomenal beauty and amazing craftsmanship I found this postcard that showed the portal in such a dramatic manner I knew I had to scrap it!

Used RB's Mulberries and a single Butterfly kiss that I sprayed and painted, used Glossy Accents on the butterfly. Used RB's roses and Creative Embellishments frame.
