Half Panel Stitched Card

I stitched this Spellbinders Stitched Card Front, Border die cut, and cut it in half to make two cards. The center of the flowers are seed beads. The background was done with Ken Oliver Color Burst. The frame was die cut and popped up with foam tape. The envelope was done with Distress Inks.
