My cousin likes Uof M (Michigan) and this was the best colorwise that I was going to do. It looks horrible but I've always wanted to try such a thing. I wanted my first time to be a rainbow but instead, I went all in for his birthday. At the very end of making this card, the top sentiment had an accident. Oh well. I was done with this card physically and emotionally. Check out the last picture to answer your question, why didn't she do the center of the zero?
Anyway, I love the inside sentiment and like a good cousin, I filled the inside with all of these 40 confetti pieces to fall out when opened. When I sent him a text about it he gave me a few other ideas on what to do with eyelets. That was really cool of him. (and maybe his wife.)
