I am not 100% positive what sentiment to use with this little darlin' from Roberto's Characters line at CC Designs; however, I've made the card specifically for a friend who I've not spoken to since last summer. I checked in with her to make sure she was getting by OK. I'm not on social media any more and that's how we kept in touch. But I've been thinking of her and wanted to let her know. So I have a stamp set that has a sentiment that reads "you grow, girl!". I've thought of using that because inside, I stamped a sentiment about friends growing but remaining together, something like that. But I'm still thinking on that. LoL I colored the image with my trusty Copic markers and used Glossy Accents on the eyes. I am not sure that's noticeable in the photo. All other supplies are from my stash. Printed cardstock is from DCWV, I do remember that! I'm trying to use what I have! I just turned 60 and had my ten year anniversary with CML. I was given 10 to 20 years when I was diagnosed. I like to think advances in medicine will give me longer but I've not heard anything about that so who knows! But I decided, I cannot leave my stash to my children to get rid of and I am using all I can before I make a graceful exit. LoL I hope that's how I'll go. :)
