I will be the first to admit I am not sure how to work the slimline cards phase that went on recently. When I started crafting back in 2006, we used business size envelopes and folded an 8.5 X 11 inch cardstock to fit in the envelope. We didn't call it slimline. As a matter of fact, a friend and I beat our heads something fierce trying to remember what we called it and we finally decided, we're old and just cannot remember. LoL So today, I looked online to figure out the measurements but nowhere could I find information on whether it was a tri-fold or double fold. So I did what we did back then and did a tri-fold and now that I think about it, I believe that is what we called it! In any event, I used a My Favorite Things stamp set called Friends at First Sip and an old Stampin' Up background stamp set. The film strip is also from 2006 and from Deluxe Cuts. I almost threw it away last week because I thought enough was enough! I am so glad I kept it! I punched the border edge with a daisy punch from Michael's. The entire thing was colored with Copic markers. The cameras used for the BG paper was from Fun Stampers Journey called Picture Perfect and I believe FSJ is now owned by Spellbinders but don't hold me to that. To be honest, this was a practice run. But after putting all that work into it, I was fairly happy with the final outcome that I went with it. The only thing I would do different next time, I would draw the entire scene first and then cut it. Lesson learned! Oh, and make the sentiment box bigger. LoL
