I first took a stencil and used Ranger texture paste randomly. The green "wreath" under the picture is from a ribbon spool I found (Merchant 41). It is wired so it was easy to wind it into a few circles. I then had to hot glue it down. I do not recall if i had to use pop-dots on the picture at all, but I do know that I did use adhesives of some type to secure it. Butterflies are from Echo Park and I did a Print and Cut on my silhouette. Paper from Echo Park "For the Record". Ink splatter from Mister Huey's. Also used Stickles and Liquid Pearls from Ranger.
