I used the tonic Studios kit to make this card. I used blue shimmer glaze and the cloud stencil for the clouds at the top. I used the circle cloud die for the shaker window. I then cut the kite out of different colors and pieces it together, as well as the hot air balloon! I stamped birds in on the back piece of the shaker window. I used one of the single clouds die cut and stamped 'flying by to say hi' on it!
