stamped the Penny Black grad girl onto Bristol paper; colored with Copic markers; die cut with oval die; die cute frame and insert; mounted oval on foam tape & glued to card frame; glued frame to card base; heat embossed sentiment using Versamark ink and gold embossing powder and placed oval frame over the sentiment to create dimension; added baubles and sequins. Only the middle of the sentiment is popped up.
