Red top fold card with black cut at an angle on bottom and left. Cut more black strips radiating from the right side to the top. Die-cut 3 thicknesses of my headline and glued them together onto a black strip. Added Wink of Stella to black BG. Added a red narrow border then a silver glitter layer behind the headline.
