I used mixed media to make a background. Twinkling H2Os, watercolors and ink. Title is stamped with Hero Arts black. Stencils -Tim Holtz bubble used with Ranger glitter gel; Heidi Swapp zig zag stencil with TH Black Soot. Yellow and turquoise - H2Os, pink - watercolor (tried an H2O but it wasn't dark enough), black splatters with Hero ink. Stamps - CTMH. Enamel dots - Echo Park & Eyelet Outlet (hearts).
