I used Catherine Pooler mini inks from the Spring Fling mini inks set, to colour the background paper. It was used to create both the base colour and to add the stencilled chevron details over top. The Merry diecut was also inked with the It's A Girl pink ink from the set and then embossed with Sparkle Embossing Powder. The sweet image from Whimsy Stamps was coloured with Copic Markers.
