The mocha cake at Magnolia Cafe is just sooo yummy! The cake it light and moist - but not wet - and, instead of icing or frosting, they use a light, whipped cream in between each layer of yumminess. Topping the cake is lightly carameled sliced almonds - just a bit of goo but not gooey. And, of course, the extra bit of goodness is the chocolate coin with their logo.

This Hot Off the Press makes for a quick layout: This is the Rhapsody collection that includes the double-sided paper, cardstock cut-aparts and layered die embellishment. I cant find my packet of matching brads - theyre here somewhere in the pile!
