I started by adhering strips of rainbow card to a panel and then die cut this with the frame from the die set. Then I have die cut the Traditional Rose from black and white card. I have paper pieces some of the white petals back into the frame and then layered he black panel over the top slightly staggered to create a drop shadow.
The sentiment flags have been cut from black and white card and layered
