Fussycut a floral 12x12 paper from the Happy blooms collection by Pinkfresh Studio and cut it in half and made it to fit a 8.5x11 layout. Machine stitching around the edge of the layout. Popped the florals on the inside up on foam for dimension. Embellished my picture with bits and pieces from the collection.
