After creating the tag bases, I added bits of patterned paper to the tops of each. I then swiped my ink pads across the center of each tag for a wispy watercolor effect. I stamped swirls in the background in coordinating colors as well. I stamped & embossed the snowflakes in white onto holographic cardstock and used clear glitter embossing powder for the vellum layers.
