I ink blended the background with two red inks and then sprayed through a stencil to add some interest. After the whole thing had dried, I stamped and heat embossed the snowflake. I then splattered some gold watercolor onto the panel. I then die cut the whole thing with the largest deckle die cut from my Honey Bee deckle edge die set and painted along the edges of the card panel with more gold watercolor. The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed with more gold embossing powder. After trimming the sentiment, I ink blneded the paper with the residual red ink leftover on my ink blneding foam. I then used my Tim Holtz Distresser to distress the edges and painted the edge with more gold watercolor. I used foam tape to attach the sentiment to the card panel. Then I used 3 layers of scrap cardstock to add dimension behind the red panel and then glued it at an angle to a piece of white and red patterned paper that had been die cut with the same deckle-edged die so that you can see the other paper peeking out the sides. I glued the whole thing to an A2 card base. The card was finished off with some red and coppery-red sequins in my stash.
