I ink smooshed a few Catherine Pooler inks onto a piece of watercolor paper, some of the ink sprayed with Perfect Pearls Mist or water. After it dried, I used a piece of crumpled paper to stamp onto the same watercolor paper with the same ink colors and then heat embossed it with embossing powder.

I then stamped the planes onto more watercolor paper and then heat embossed with more Holographic embossing powder. The planes were colored with a combination of markers, and more of the same Catherine Pooler inks. The planes and banners were die cut and set aside.

I then stamped the clouds on vellum (some of which was crumpled up) and heat embossed with more more embossing powder. After they were die cut, I colored the back of the clouds with pink and orange markers.

To assemble the card, I trimmed the cardbase to a "lil' chubbie" size (4" x 8"), and then trimmed the ink smooshed watercolor paper a little smaller than that. I ink blended around the edges of the watercolor paper with some Bellini Catherine Pooler ink. I then used liquid glue to add the vellum clouds to the card base. Then I added foam tape behind the three planes and the banner and attached them to the card.

I then added some pink and red washi tape to the bottom of the card, and then glued some bright orange ribbon over the tape. A yellow banner (that I stamped backwards and so trimmed the strings that would have been used to "connect" the banner to the plane) was added over the ribbon and washi tape with more foam tape.

To finish up the card, I added some star sequins and leftover diecut gold sparkly washi tape stars and other sequins to the card.

The whole panel was added to the cardbase with foam tape.
