I used the abbreviation HBD for happy birthday because it mimicked how RBG is often abbreviated. The letters were cut using the bold basics alphabet dies . I cut the figure out of white card stock, then colored the white image in using my copic markers to resemble a skin tone. Next, I cut and assembled the pieces of RBG. I popped her up using foam squares and layered my image on a white stitched rectangle.
