Ink blended the background using distress oxide ink and a cloud stencil. Then cut the background papers and and popped up the small triangles using 3D foam squares. Stamped the mice and bubbles from the Bubbles of Joy stamp set and colored them using copic markers. For a final touch, I used glossy accents on some of the bubbles to give that translucent quality.
