A great photo to scrap! Love the torn edges...and I do believe I have some of that mesh somewhere...Love the frame you cut with the coluzzle...forgot all about that tool! :) Super heritage layout!
The little girl on the front row was my mother-in-law, Dorothy. This photo was taken around 1937 and Dorothy was around 8 or 9 years old. For this page I used pps from Recollections Sunset Fields collection. I cut the arch shaped framed using a coluzzle mat and then layered another pp on top and cut by hand with Fiskars sunflower decorative scissors. The borders are layered with cut strips backed on a torn strip, backed on some old mesh "paper" that I found in my stash. The leaves were punched and then hand-doodled. Then I added the little burlap flowers. The title tag was cut from pp from the collection. Thanks so much for taking time to stop by :)
