The background panel was created by masking off part of a piece of patterned paper and ink blending various sections with different colors of ink (and heat embossing over some sections). Both layers of the background (pink/purple and silver) were die cut with Gina K's Master Layout 2 die set.
I die cut the wreath with toner sheet and the foiled red foil over it for more bling.
To add more sparkle to the background, I used 2 pieces of double sided tape and added them to the panel and then used them to add purple foil to the panel.
The sentiment came from an exclusive set from Concord & 9th, which I cut out of shiny silver paper in my stash and white foil paper for the shadow.
