I had so much fun creating a tone on tone title background using the lovely Peace Love & Joy cutting die, along with the A2 Peppermint Pad from Scrapbook.com and a range of coordinating Distress Oxide and Distress Ink Pads. I added a few smears of champagne Pops of Color and some gold stitching to add a hint of shimmer!
