This was inspired by a few challenges that asked us to use older stamps for a holiday card. I decided to use Hero Art's Watercolor Holly Outline stamp from 2006! I stamped and heat embossed the stamp on a piece of watercolor paper and then colored in the image with Altenew's woodless watercolor pencils. After the image dried, I fussy cut out the image and set it aside.

The background was diecut with a minislimline die from Pinkfresh Studios (which was a part of an exclusive class die set) and then used an embossing folder that had Haute Red Nuvo Glacier Paste spread over it. So after the background panel paper was run through the embossing folder went through my die cutting machine it came out embossed and with the red sparkle from the paste. After the background dried, I added 3 strips horizontally across it--2 pieces of patterned paper and a piece of sparkly bronze washi tape with some glue.

To assemble the card, I added foam tape behind the holly and added it to the card. The sentiment labels came from an older washi tape that I cut and added to the card. Then a fancy poinsettia sticker and sequins were added below the sentiment. Finally, the whole card panel was attached to a minislimline sized cardbase.
