The Frame I cut with a paper trimmer because I don't have any dies for it. All the little pieces are cut by hand also. I used Glossy accents on all of the snow. The background is done with dark blue and black inks with white pigment snow on top. The snow layers are but down with foam tape and the frame has another layer of foam tape on it.
