Die cut the snowflakes, after applying/inking purple distress ink to paper. Added some tonic shimmer pen to give the sparkle. Die cut the SugarPea Designs bauble die and added snowflakes to it. Added two purple ribbons to the top of tag. Viola, a fun tag for a present!
