Give a Cheer
I cut bubble borders (cricut) in 3 graduated sizes (10", 9", 8") and reversed the color scheme on the 9". I also cut extra "bubbles" out of dark blue glitter paper to add more contrast. A pre-made "rubber ducky" was added to further ilustrate the bathtub theme. The photo was matted in gold glitter and light blue gingham papers. The title was cut out of the same gold glitter paper and layered on navy blue letters to mae it more legible. A few gold gems were placed randomly. Journaling was printed right on the photo.
