I was able to make 3 backgrounds with one stencil that I made with Altenew's Mandala layer B die. This first card's base panel was the result of flipping the wet stencil onto a piece of watercolor paper. The second layer of the panel was created with the Mandala layer A die with a piece of patterned paper in my stash that was sprayed with some Iridescent spray from Altenew and then ink blended around the edges with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide and Holographic embossing powder from Ranger.
The cotton and the sentiment came from Altenew's Cotton Comfort stamp set stamped with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide and more Holographic embossing powder. The sentiment was cut out of Gina K's Master Layout 2's larger flag die. The edges of the sentiment was ink blended with more Gathered Twigs Oxide and then heat embossed with copper embossing powder from Ranger. The cotton images were colored in with Zig markers.
Finally, sequins from Catherine Pooler were glued to the card.
