I knew I wanted to use earth tones to reflect the natural feeling of the photographs but I didn't want to make it so busy the photos were ignored so I colorblocked the background with prints and solids. I used a burlap border to add texture and interest as well as a 3D bird sticker. The photos were matted in a wood grain and solid complimentary color cardstock. Once I completed the layout I knew where I wanted to put the title and wrote it directly on the layout with my cricut.
