My first card of the new year. I am all ready behind.
This card is a semi-case of a card done by Jan Mansor Brown, her card can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnONGy4BbAg
I changed the card to a bookbinding style fun fold, and omitted the embossing folder, opting instead for some new pattern paper in the background. I liked the idea of die cutting the seahorse from pattern paper, and I chose a more colorful paper to cut out the coral. I kept the card pretty simple overall.
This one is headed to Georgia tomorrow, hoping it gets there on time. I still have another card I need to get done, also for Georgia delivery which I need to send out by Friday.
Supplies I used were mostly Stampin' Up!: Sea Life dies, Beauty of the Earth designer paper, Simply Marbleous SAB designer paper in Smoky Slate, Smoky Slate and Merry Merlot card stocks, sentiments from Senior Years and Sunny Sentiments stamp sets, Basic Rhinestones and silver Metallic Pearls, Dual Oval punch.
