This is an easy to make card and not expensive. Everything was bought at Michael's Craft Stores which I buy the "Value Pack" cardstock or the 6 12" X 5' value card packs in white that come with envelopes. The metal heart came in a small pack of other metal hearts with different looks that cost around $2.33.
The sticker on the front that says "Hearts Bloom on Valentine's Day" came in a pack of other stickers I got from Wal-mart for $1.88 which you can only get these during the Valentine's season, and the ribbon I bought at Michael's for $1.29 that I wrapped around the inside of the card and tied a tight ribbon on the outside of the card. You can take some strong clear adhesive to help secure the ribbon. The ribbon is wired so I can mash down for mailing and it can easily be returned back to normal when it is received. On the inside I hand wrote my message.
