I was looking through the many autumn photos I have accumulated over time and I came across these 3, taken and sent to me by friends in Germany.
They express so eloquently the essence of autumn: the early mists, the riot of colours and the crisp, cold air when you are able to see your breath. I just had to do a layout.
I used wooden alphabet letters for the title and partially heat embossed them, using Seth Apter's Texture Paste Tao Sunset. I rubbed some iridescent acrylic gold paste onto the other half of the letters.
