Give a Cheer
The person that I made this card for does not like to make a big deal for their birthday. I decided the front would be a bit simple, but classy, and then when it is opened the joy and excitement of the day would spring out. I used glitter paper for the front and lined the edge with some bling. I was able to use the cut-out from the card for the center in the middle. as the pop-out. I stamped the stars and message on it. I colored the background of the sentiment with ink pads. I used washi tape on the inside edges for a little flair and fun. I think I got the washi tape from Michaels a long time ago. The washi tape inside the card around the borders is from washitapeshop.com. The balloons are from a birthday card I got. I got the card base from Hot Press on Amazon.
