I love how as scrapbookers we see the opportunity to photograph the unique that others just look at and move on. The details captured are amazing and love the whole detail of the layout. Well done on such a great composition.
The Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron was awesome! While Steve looked at other exhibits, I walked over to a small workshop that was full to the rafters with the most fascinating of iron machinery. I took countless photos of this rusty and rivetted monster and finally got round to create this grungy / industrial layout.
Background paper 1 - scraps of Kaisercraft Basecoat IV Collection, Metal Panels Background 2 - scraps of Ciao Bella The Sound of Spring Collection Letter R - Old Chipboard alpha from K&Co (sorry, cannot remember the actual collection it came from), the only letter remaining from the set Letters - Wooden alphabet from local craft store Hobbycraft, coloured with black Posca pen. Gears - unbranded, purchased from eBay Frames - Marianne Design Collectables, COL1388 I also used scraps of black cardstock for the frames.
