I used a woodgrain background. I cut 5 1 inch hearts from a variety of fall/autumn themed papers. I cut a 4x4 journaling card from Simple Stories out and cut it out in a heart shape using Cricut, and matted on a deep read heart to help it stand out. I added a few heart stickers, and 2 phrase stickers to finish.
