Awesome use of scraps and really like the colors and mix of patterns. You always find a way to add your special touches: the ribbon and the wink on the sentiment take it up several notches!

Entered into Januarys Use It Up/Finish It Up Challenge. I finally got rid of these really old second hand papers and embellishments. Much of this set was missing. I made 4 nice cards and now the remaining bits are in the trash and its all outta my way. YAAYY! I die cut 'hi' and used Wink of Stella on it for the sparkle. I hand punched both the circles. I used 3D foam under the light blue square layer for dimension. I made a white envelope and added a piece of the matching paper to the back flap.
