I used washi tape, metallic paint, and nail striping tape to create a background. The heart was cut out of the background with Sizzix framelit heart dies. The pink heart was hand cut by tracing the same heart die I used to cut the main heart. The words happy birthday were cut with the Sizzix celebration script word dies.
