I knew I wanted to use the hearts to show love and chose the arrows because the paper was fun and coordinated. The washi tape color was chosen to match the hearts, and the hair color. I cut hearts out of two shades of teal paper and gold sparkly paper. A metal arrow was added to echo the arrows on the cardstock.
