I was hoping for the "comic book feel" for this layout and I think I accomplished that. I hand sewed around the cut out area and used foam to raise the yellow paper from the red background paper. I created the title in my Silhouette software and cut it. I just freehanded the "buildings" and used an old squeeze punch for the "windows". The stickers I'd had for at least 10 years.
