I used a lot of Shimmerz on this layout. I painted my rainbow arches with Shimmerz and then just freehand cut them from coordinating cardstocks and machine stitched around them.
The sun is a Bella pop from Bella Blvd.
The clouds were a cutfile from PearTree Cut Files.
