For my English niece's birthday in March.

I first stamped and heat embossed the candles, masked them off and then stencilled and heat embossed the circles. I used Distress Oxide inks to blend the background then spritzed a little water on it. The cake was stamped and heat embossed, fussy cut and then decorated with pops of colour and sparkletz. Cake layers are coloured with watercolour pens and I also added a border using a mini bow punch (from a local raft store)
