For her birthday, April 17. 2016, my dd Sarah wanted to go down and hike at Providence Canyon. These are photos that she and I took there. As you hike up, down, and around the canyon trail you'll pass several old cars that were left there on the property near the old homestead. According the the sign posted, these cars have become "unique ecosystems for numerous birds and mammal species who use them for nesting and cover".

For the bg on these pages I torn the edges of strips of pp from Ciao Bella's Collateral Rust Paper Pad and Patterns Pad. The gears were cut using Spellbinders Sprightly Sprockets die cuts. The greenery was made using scraps and cut using Tim Holtz's Spring Greenery die cuts. I also used EK Success's Branch Punch and 1-1/2" circle punch. The signs that make up the bottom border were cut from the pp. I also added details to the greenery with a fine tip brown marker. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
