I used dies from Scrapbook.com (nested Stars and Birthday Celebration Sentiments to create this card. I also used some holographic silver border stickers from my supplies to use a border all the way around the edges. The texture on the background was done using an onion bag with my Spellbinders Platinum Die cutting machine and embossing pad and plate.
