The star of this layout--close ups are on my IG Rhonda.scrapbooks
I used a stencil and modeling paste and when it was dry I used some Shimmerz Paints to color them and then cut them out and used some foam to add dimension to my layout.
For the background snowflakes I used the same stencil but with distress inks.
