I made this pop-up of London Bridge to span two pages of a strap-hinge layout. Pattern from the book, " Kirigami : The Art of 3-Dimensional Paper Cutting" by Laura Badalucco. It is simply grey cardstock, chalked with gray. I used 1/8" punchies in various natural tones for the pebbles on the bridge, which raises and lowers as the page is turned! I also paper pieced a "river" to run underneath, using chalking and a torn paper edge to make waves. Grass made from fringed paper strips, and more punched "pebbles" along the river's shore. A totally fun addition to my scrapbook.
