I saw this on Pinterest but there wasn't a name to give credit to. It is on the Hero Arts page and is done with Copic markers. I did mine with TH Embossing Glazes of which I am now the proud owner of 11 of them.
I also used a Versamark Pen on this die cut as I needed the glaze not to go over to the next "arm". There are 2 die cuts and one is rotated.
