I added a strip of red, white and blue paper along the edge. Ripping each one as I did. Added blue archival ink around the photo. Added a film strip on top of the photo. Die cut the word, Rodeo. Then simply added tag strips, stars, a strip of red gemstones and a map of the colors and design of the flag for a finishing touch. Everything is done in red, white and blue, however some of the colors are a bit dark here, but I was trying to get the picture to not have a glare.
