Stamped the background with navy ink then used a piece of navy card stock and heat embossed a pattern on it in gold. Then I die cut the "happy" out of gold paper and stamped the word "anniversary" on navy paper and added to the sentiment. After all the pieces were complete, I put it together and mounted it on the navy card stock.
