Mixing Old and New Supplies

Like many of you I am working to reduce my stash, but I like to work with new supplies. By mixing both new and old supplies I have the best of both worlds.

For this layout I purchased two new chicken themed scrapbook papers, then turned to my stash. Keying off the colors in the chicken paper I selected paper and embellishments from my stash to complete the layout.

The result is a cheery scrapbook layout that matches the theme of my photographs perfectly.
