I love this fabulous steampunk St Paddy's Day Hat from Whimsy Stamps and had fun colouring it up with watercolour markers. It needed a little sparkle to finish, which is shown much better in the short video I made to show that off. You can see that here: https://youtu.be/IxWV8xsK3G0. I've used some lovely sparkle pens and a gold Scrapbook.com metallic pen to add hightlights to the hat trim. The image panel was popped up on foam and mounted on the patterned paper base, which is then mounted on a top folding A2 card base from Scrapbook.com.
